AUDIO: Folkdance Film obeys all church rules set forth, including prohibition of microphones. The sound from the microphone ONLY enters the camera and is not an amplification for your audience. Primary use of the Folkdance Film microphone is for the vows and ring exchange and is not intended to pick up the officiant's sound for the video. Ambient sound of the ceremony is captured with camera’s audio device. Because this audio equipment does not amplify anyone's voice, it is recommended that you have your DJ or sound person amplify the officiant's voice with a different microphone for the best possible sound for your guests. Folkdance Film is not responsible for poor audio quality coming from a microphone not affiliated with Folkdance Film.
PAYMENT: The total amount for this wedding package is $2200. Half of the payment ($1100) is due within 10 days after submitting the form below. The remaining 50% is due one month prior to the wedding (May 11, 2017). All checks are to be made payable to Grace Moore and mailed to 5453 Burnet Road, Apt #426, Austin, TX, 78756.
LIABILITY: If Folkdance Film shall fail to perform due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, injury, grave illness, or other cause, Folkdance Film will return payments made from the client but shall have no other further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that video materials or equipment should prove to malfunction or be damaged without fault on the part of Folkdance Film. Folkdance Film shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the full contractual amount paid. If the Bride and Groom will be seeing each other beforehand for photos, you please notify Folkdance Film in advance so that videographer may arrive in time to film the event.
OTHER: Folkdance Film requires two meal/dinner at the reception for both videographers. Please include this in the guest count. This is required in order for the videographers to have sufficient energy to effectively and creatively capture your wedding day. Depending on the lighting at the reception, Folkdance Film may use a small video light in order to obtain the best quality for the final film. If this light is offensive to anyone, it will be turned off, however you shall be aware that the resulting footage without such light may be dark and exhibit a grainy display. Folkdance Film requires to be given time to set up before any main event, such as toasts. At least 3 minutes is needed to get the audio recording set up before a big event to ensure the best possible outcome. Folkdance Film is not responsible for missed footage/poor audio due to poor communication from wedding coordinator. Please notify coordinator of this policy. Folkdance Film retains the right to use this footage for promotional and advertising purposes. This is not limited to displaying the finished edit on the website and Facebook page, and/or submitting the film for publication on a variety of wedding blogs. If you wish to NOT have your film submitted for publication, you must make us aware of this and have it written into your contract. By signing this contract, you authorize Folkdance Film to submit your film for publication. Clients may post or share video online as long as proper credit and a link are given to Folkdance Film (this includes posting on personal websites, blogs, Facebook, or other share sites). Folkdance Film is not responsible for storing the raw footage after the client receives the final copy of the film. We recommend printing this page for your own records.
